After attending Southern Oregon University, and working in residential home construction in Southern Oregon, I moved to Denver, CO in 1990. I attended the University of Denver, where I earned a Masters degree in Real Estate Construction Management as well as Real Estate Finance. I have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, managing over 1,000 homes priced from $100,000 to over $3 million.
Additionally, with over 10 years experience as a purchasing manager with four of the nations' top 10 builders I have long standing relationships with many Front Range subcontractors which gives me the ability to negotiate the best value for my customers.
